Renewals processed on this page are for 2025.
If your membership expired Dec. 31st, 2023, please contact ken@chphc.com for your renewal options or present check or cash at the next phlocking.

Using these options cost the Club transaction fees, which reduces the funds available for our Charities. Going Forward, we will have to add an additional $1.00 to your individual Renewal or $2.00 for your Couple Renewal for Credit Card or Paypal payments.

If mailing a check, please access your profile (click My Profile) at the top of this page. Make sure that all information is correct and change anything that needs updating. Be sure to scroll to the bottom and save the changes.
