How Do I Login if I Do Not Know My Password?

Do I Need to Print and Send in the Member Application?
Our goal is to make the membership process as simple as possible. If you join "Online", you do NOT have to mail anything. However, if you choose NOT to join online, simply print the membership or renewal form and mail it to the address on the form.
How do I change my password?
At the top of any page, click on the "Settings" Link. You will be taken to your profile settings page. Type in your password (twice). Please keep in mind that your password is "Case Specific". We strongly suggest making your password strong, at least 8 characters and include alpha and numeric. Save your password and you are finished.
How do I add or change my profile picture?
At the top of any page, click on "My Profile" link. You will be taken to your Profile page. Slightly under the profile picture area, you will see a "Change Profile Picture" link. This will take you to an upload area. You can either upload a picture from your computer or use your camera to take a photo. Once you have the photo loaded, use the editing tool to expand the crop area or drag it to the area you want to show in your profile. Then click save.
What information do I need to add to my profile?
This is very important and we ask that all members complete the information requested in their profile (if applicable).
Click on "My Profile" link at the top of any page. Slightly under your profile picture you will see the "Edit" link. This will take you to all requested information for your profile. Complete the questions and click save.
What is the difference in an "Individual" membership and "Couple" Membership?
This is more of a technical requirement than anything else. Our membership system requires an email for every member. We recognize there are times when members will prefer to register two people with one email. In those cases, the "Couple" membership option is available. If members are registering with their own individual email, the "Individual" option is best. Our preference is 1 member - 1 email.
Can I Join by Mail?
Yes. We prefer that you join online, but if you choose not to, simply click HERE to download the application to mail.
